WHAT DATA WE PROCESS

We process only the data we have received from you during your contact with us. Furthermore, when you use our website we process your IP address and the unique number which is generated based on your PC configuration and software you use. Processing of this personal data is essential to use our website.

Processing of this data is fully automated and compulsory. However, we use it only for statistical purposes and to identify you in case it is required by any authorized party.

For the purpose of communication, we may use your email address and other contact details.

PROCESSING BASIS

We process users’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR)].

PROCESSING PURPOSES

The main purpose why we process your data is website administration and maintenance on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

We provide you with contact forms on our Website, that enable you to contact us and ask questions. Therefore, if you send us inquiries using the contact form, your data will be processed in order to identify and handle your inquiry sent via the contact form – the legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). We may also process your data on the legal basis of the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

In addition, if you agree to receive a newsletter or other commercial information, we will be able to send you this information. In this case, your data will be processed in order to provide the newsletter service – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR); in the case of sending marketing content to you as part of the newsletter – the legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)

This data is processed exclusively in connection with the running of the profile, including for the purposes of informing Users about our activities, promoting various types of products and events, as well as for the purposes of communicating with Users through the social media functionalities available (comment, message, chat, invitation, reaction). The legal basis for processing of personal data for this purpose is our legitimate interest as an Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is to promote our own brand.

WHOM WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA TO

To ensure the highest quality of our services, we use external providers. We select them with the highest degree of care. We can transfer your data to hosting companies, companies dealing with IT support, statistical and research apps, support apps, and other providers. Your personal data can also be disclosed to authorized public parties.

We may transfer your data to processors, who have their offices outside the European Union. Please be informed, that in this scenario we choose processors that ensure adequate level of personal data protection. If needed, we are going to enter into a data processing agreement based on standard contractual clauses issued by European Commission.

HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR DATA

The duration of the processing data by us depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of the processing. As a general rule, the data shall be processed for the duration of the service provided or the fulfillment of the order, until the withdrawal of the consent given or until an effective objection is made to the data processing in cases where the legal basis of the data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator. The period of data processing may be extended where the processing is necessary for the establishment, investigation or defence against possible claims, and after this period, only in the case and to the extent required by law. After the expiry of the processing period, the data shall be irreversibly deleted or anonymised.

TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA

We may transfer personal data to third countries, i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area, but we do so only when necessary, and with an adequate level of protection, primarily by:

1) cooperating with processors of personal data in countries for which a relevant European Commission decision has been issued;

2) using standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission;

3) applying binding corporate rules, approved by the competent supervisory authority;
